• Accuracy of Information: You certify that all details, educational qualifications, institutional designations, and identity proofs provided during application are true, accurate, and current.
• Misrepresentation: Submitting forged, misleading, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of application/membership without a refund and potential blacklisting.

2. Scope of Services & Membership

AIPU provides peer-networking, credential processing, and administrative support services to academics, educators, and institutions:

• Verification & Processing: Membership applications undergo independent peer/administrative verification before certificates or physical QR smart cards are dispatched.
• Validity: Memberships and digital/physical credentials remain valid for the period specified under each respective tier (e.g., 2-Year validity for Professional Memberships).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, website design, graphics, and verification architectures available on this portal are the intellectual property of AIPU:

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of AIPU logos, certificates, or badges for non-permitted commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Verified members are granted a limited license to display their assigned AIPU badges and certificates for professional identification and resume purposes.

4. Institutional Disclaimer

AIPU operates as an independent professional network and credential verification directory:

• AIPU is not a degree-granting university or a government accreditation body (such as UGC/AICTE).
• Membership badges or QR certificates issued by AIPU serve solely as peer identification and academic verification tools, not official academic degrees or statutory licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIPU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, technical errors, postal delivery delays of physical smart cards, or third-party misuse of verified directory information.

6. Modifications to Terms

AIPU reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal or membership services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
